Boxing Workshops
Throughout the month we offer custom boxing workshops. Each workshop will have its own focus on a particular skillset and will be longer than our regular classes. What makes these workshops special is the unmatched training environment. Each workshop we will have about 4-6 coaches attending, meaning each member will get more attention to detail and will get the most out of their training.
Sparring Workshop

Join us for an exhilarating Boxing Bootcamp Workshop that keeps you on your toes with a fresh theme every month.
Designed to challenge, engage, and inspire participants of all fitness levels, our workshop ensures that your workouts never become boring. Each month, we introduce a new theme to focus on different aspects of boxing training, providing a comprehensive and dynamic fitness experience.
BOOTCAMP THEMES ⬇️
Defense & Counter Punching
Focuses on defensive maneuvers like slipping, blocking, and counter punching.
Cardio Crusher
High Intensity cardio boxing, combining fast paced drills and endurance training.
Warrior Strength
Integrates strength training with boxing, including weights, and resistance exercises.
Offensive Arsenal
Teaches complex punch combinations and different offensive tactics.
Explosive Power
Focus on developing knockout punches, power/plyometric drills, and heavy bag work.
Partner Power
Partner based drills and exercises to build teamwork and interaction.
Outdoor Boxing Blitz
Utilize the outdoors for unique workouts, including hill sprints, park circuits, and speed/agility training.
Resistance Boxing
Integrates resistance bands into boxing drills for added intensity and muscle engagement.
