Custom Boxing Workshops

Throughout the month we offer Custom Boxing Workshops. Each workshop will have  its own focus on a particular skillset  and will be longer than our regular classes.  What makes these workshops special is the unmatched  training environment. Each workshop we will have about 4-6 coaches attending, meaning each member will get more attention to detail and  will get the most out of each workshop.

Types of Workshops

Sparring Workshop

All Experience Levels / Beginner Friendly Sparring Workshop 

Learn  how to spar and take your skills to the next level with the guidance of our experienced competitive boxers/coaches. Learn how to spar the correct way in a friendly/controlled environment where everyone motivates each other to LEARN MORE & BE MORE!

When: Every 1st & 3rd Saturday of each  month

Time: 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM 

Boxing Bootcamp

All Experience Levels 

Unleash your inner fighter and experience the intensity of a true boxing training regimen! This workshop is designed to challenge your limits, improve your fitness level, and teach you fundamental boxing techniques.


Whether you're a seasoned boxer looking to sharpen your skills or a beginner curious about the sport, our Boxing Bootcamp offers something for everyone. Through a combination of high-intensity interval training (HIIT), strength and conditioning exercises, and boxing drills, you'll build strength, agility, endurance, and coordination while burning calories and sculpting your physique.
 
When: Every 2nd Saturday of each  month

Time: 1:30 PM - 3 PM
