All of our classes are very technical. We train all of our members like we train our competitive boxers. That being said you will learn proper boxing skills but will also improve your fitness at the same time.

Types Of Classes
Each one of our classes has a certain focus to help each member reach their max potential. These classes are designed to bring a boxer from beginner to competitive level. Each class is ranked from Beginner-Advanced based on level of difficulty. It is REQUIRED to start with Beginner Level Class before advancing to other classes.
